On Saturday 19th May 2001 I went to the Everyman Theatre to see the Musical WEST SIDE STORY which was being performed by the Staff and Students of Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education.

I thought this show was superb with great acting and wonderful singing, so much so, that I actually thought it was better than the film. At the end of the show I was nearly in tears.
